WEBNov 9, 2021 · Buster Blader very consistently sets up a one sided skill drain and extra deck lock. Plays through disruption decently well depending on the hybrid. It's turn one lock is enough to shut down nearly every deck. But its weak to board wipe spells. And definitely better than Dark Magician lol.

WEBJan 29, 2022 · Buster blader has a lot of power with the lock, but dies to any sort of removal or monster effect negation that isn’t in the form of on field monster effects. A simple imperm on buster dragon or the blader fusion cripples the strategy. Needs a ton of defense/board security to actually last past turn 2/3.
