Try playing a human or Dragonborn and getting disadvantage on everything. I had Shadowheart cast light on my Paladin's sword in the Underdark. It was very thematic.

Aug 29, 2023 · Drow Druids could work. There are arachnomancers in Menzoberranzan who specialise in turning into spiders already, and Underdark is a valid Land Druid terrain. Spores would also work given how common myconids and spores are in the Underdark. Drow druid is very fun. Not optimal but talking to animals is hilarious.
