WEBYour filename is IE HomePage.vbs, right? Either use an underscore (_) or better yet put them together without the space. cscript "IE HomePage.vbs" might also work as the command line, but as a general rule: spaces in command lines are generally bad because you have to keep track of what needs quotes and what doesn't.

iis for Server 2003 will not download
WEBJul 19, 2010 · I would like to get the Application server console and the iis manager along with 2 asp .net frameworks (v1.1 and v2.0.5). It gets to the download screen and starts the setup.
